Citroën-Panhard prototypes

Citroën DS - Panhard 24ct

The photo's below show a 1967 prototype. The chassis, suspension and engine are adapted from the Citroën DS, the body is a Panhard 24ct with a longer nose. The car which still exists (!!) ran on 195/70-VR tyres, max. speed was around 200 km/h.
The dimension are : Length : 4.588 m, width 1.624 m, height : 1.270 m, wheelbase 2.628 m.

Engien : 4 cylinder with double overhead camshafts.
             1,987 liter, 143 SAE HP, 2 double Weber carbs,
Gearbox  : 5-speed
Steering : DIRAVI prototype
Engine : 4 cylinder
             2,175 liter, 124 SAE HP, 2 double Weber carbs,
Gearbox  : 4-speed
Steering : like Citroen ID19


Citroën (SM) - Panhard 24ct V6

The photo's below show a 1970 prototype. The chassis is similar to that of a 2CV (!!), the suspension and engine (240 HP) are adapted from the Citroën SM, the body is a Panhard 24ct with a longer and wider nose. This car ran up to 240 km/h.
The dimension are : Length : 4.60 m, width 1.73 m, height : 1.265 m, wheelbase 2.6 m.
